Serenity has now had its world premiere at the Edinburgh Film Festival, and is generating lots of buzz. Tomorrow is the first U.S. press screening, so it will be interesting to see how the critics over here like it.
And in the category of Why I Love My Captain, here's a snippet of a news item covering the premiere:
The stars included Nathan Fillion, whose leading role as a disillusioned spaceship captain has had fans putting his performance on a par with Harrison Ford's in Star Wars. "What I do is not so much an homage to Harrison Ford, as copy him," he said.
