Coming out of my self-imposed exile [Nov. 20th, 2004|08:41 am]

I realize I haven't posted in two weeks; did you miss me? More on why I didn't post for two weeks later. Maybe.

However, Something Very Good happened this week. I actually talked to Lydia! Some of my more dedicated followers may remember that I posted back in July about how I haven't talked to her in years. Well, she finally called, and Husband got her number, so I called her back and we had a nice three-hour chat. My favorite thing about Lydia is that no matter how long it's been since we've talked, we always just pick up where we left off like the time didn't mean anything.

More later; today is The Boy's third birthday so there's a lot to do.

THERE you are!! I was looking for you in the wrong place. I might post about why I was gone, but truth is, it's not all that interesting.

Re: Happy Birthday The Boy!

Aw, thanks. I always think if the earth swallowed me up no one would notice. I'm not sure where the time went, but I think it's on an exchange program. It's now wherever my crow's feet used to be.
