Jumping in [Jul. 17th, 2012|11:21 pm]
Is it possible to run out of words? I'm sure anyone who spends time around me would argue that I'm nowhere near that point, but for some reason I just haven't been able to make myself sit down and type.

Then today when I got home from work Husband said something really clever, and I thought, Hey...I can blog about that. And then I thought about it while I was cooking dinner (shepard's pie, in case you were wondering, or even if you weren't), and then I sat down at the computer and...nothing. Not a clue. It was just gone.

I need to go dig up all the excellent suggestions people gave me the last time I drew a blank and begged for ideas. New suggestions would not go amiss.

Things go missing...

In the every day hubbub of life. If the words are more important than what's going on around you, that's the loss. IMO. Count it as happy you lost a blog over the joy of time amidst your family.

Re: Things go missing...

oh, my head is such a sieve. This happens to me all the time. it's one of the reasons why i overload my blogs with detail...because i'm afraid i'll lose the memory of it...and i have sat down to blog about some great quirky thing that my Little Guy did only to find...it's gone already...

I do it all the time. Living the moments are certainly more important, but I want a record so I don't forget them.

Sometimes I just don't have the energy or time to try to put things in writing.
