I don't know what is up with me lately, but my sleep pattern is all out of whack. I'm back to my old habit of falling asleep on the couch at 8:30 and then waking up at midnight and not being able to go to bed until the wee hours of the morning. I took a tylenol pm last night to try and reset myself, so we'll see if that worked.
Today, after a 9-hour night of sleeping (almost) straight through, I felt a bit peppier. I'm still in my it's-a-new-year-so-I-need-to-purge-everything mood, so I went through two drawers and my closet and came up with a stack of stuff to take to Goodwill (and took it!), cleaned out and rearranged the cabinet next to the stove, cleaned off my nightstand, and cut back all the stuff growing wild in the front yard.
But I still haven't taken down the Christmas tree.
