Day seven. Shoot me now. [Mar. 21st, 2008|06:37 pm]

Note to self: Add stupid doctors at emergency clinics to list of Things That Really Annoy Me. Honestly,  I don't expect you to remember me ten minutes after I leave, but I do expect you to remember something I told you five minutes ago, when you haven't even left the room yet.

Oh, and don't you just hate it when you find a doctor you really, really like, and then they either quit or move? That's only happened to me twice, but I've only ever found about four doctors I really, really like, so the percentage seems high. After the very disappointing visit to the emercency clinic last night, I called my regular doctor this morning only to find out she's no longer with the practice. So I made an appointment with her replacement, who seems OK but not as awesome.

On the plus side, I now have eye drops, ear drops, and some antibiotics. I better start feeling better. Like, now.

Won't you be glad when I'm well and stop whining all over El Jay?

Our very fav. doctor did that, he moved to Maryland. He had THE BEST bedside manner. There's never been another like him ever.

Get better soon!

You definitely have the right to whine.

The doctor bit happened to me with my OB - I adored him and he always remembered EVERYTHING - even the stuff I forgot.

And then he had an affair with his nurse and they left for Ohio. :(

whine away, whine away. Nobody is a bigger whiner than I am -- So, if you feel too bad to whine, let me know and I'll be happy to whine for you, hon. Besides, the above post is whine-worthy.

Yeah, I DO hate it when we lose a good doctor. Awesome doctors are very far and few between.

with all those goodies, you should feel better soon. Curl up with a good book or a good movie and sip on some broth. I know it's hard for moms to do that but do try.

get well soon!

You're not whining, you're just sick. It's the way sick people who need love and affection and caretaking talk. :D Smooches!

And yes, I hate that. My allergist that I LOVED retired (he didn't move, but he might as well have!) and now we to go to this other guy who's just okay. Eh.
