Merry Christmas Eve [Dec. 24th, 2006|05:57 pm]

Just in case I don't get around to logging in tomorrow, I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas. And if you don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you have merriness, anyway.

I finished my shopping yesterday (yay me!) and only have Husband's gifts left to wrap. Trust me when I say that for me, this is way ahead of the game.

In about an hour, we'll walk down to my cousin's for eggnog and yummies and karaoke and general silliness.  Tomorrow morning, we'll go back for breakfast, then later have dinner at my parents'. I have to work Tuesday (bummer) but in the morning before I leave we'll open presents here, and then Tuesday night it's back to my parents' to open gifts there.

For now, here's a picture of The Boy in the reindeer shirt he made. The face is his footprint and the antlers are handprints. And no, I am not nearly clever enough to have come up with this - he made it at my cousin's house.

LOVE the shirt!! I'm glad there are creative people in the world to think up this stuff...lord knows it would never occur to me. The only Christmas crafts I can think of would consist of making wads aluminum foil and setting it on the tree branches.

And the boy? ADORABLE (as always)! Hope you had a terrific Christmas!
